  1. West London has suffered the excesses of the developers many times. Some wonderful Art Deco buildings and factories were demolished on The Great West Road. The fines are just not a deterrent to multi-millionaires.
    I would introduce a new and unusual punishment. Those responsible should be made to live in a 2-bed council flat on the Stonebridge Park Estate. For ever.
